The house is located in the La Herradura village. The neighbourhood was built in 1993 by a famous architect, he designed all of the houses based on the formation of the cliffs and no house in the area has the same design. In an oceanfront house on a calm street up on the cliff side of La Herradura you find our townhouse for 8 people. With a 130-degree panorama view over the ocean you can enjoy your breakfast out on the patio. The climate in Costa Tropical makes it possible for the weather during low- and mid season to be up to 20 degrees during the day. Where you can also swim in the ocean during the ‘winter’ in only 16 degrees!
The house is divided on two floors, where on the first floor is the fully equipped apartment with 1 bedroom, a kitchen and a living room area. On the second floor (main floor) you can find all your main surfaces, patio, living room with an 85” TV and a large kitchen.
